1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using STALLPRO’s website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access or use the services.

STALLPRO is a proprietary product and service platform owned and operated by AeternityChat, designed to help businesses automate lead capture, engagement, and conversion using WhatsApp Business API and related tools.

2. Eligibility

To use STALLPRO, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Operate a legally registered business

  • Provide valid business documentation (e.g., GST certificate, incorporation proof)

3. Service Scope

STALLPRO offers:

  • WhatsApp Business API setup and onboarding

  • Custom chatbot and automation workflows

  • Lead capture and dashboard access

  • Hardware (standees, NFC cards, banners) for expos

  • Bulk messaging tools and campaign management

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business and contact details

  • Not misuse or spam through the platform

  • Abide by Meta’s (WhatsApp) terms and guidelines

  • Secure login credentials and account access

STALLPRO is not liable for misuse, unauthorized access, or non-compliance by your team.

5. Payment Terms

  • The service is billed annually (e.g., ₹15,000/year for the full kit)

  • Renewal for WhatsApp API access is ₹500/month (billed yearly)

  • Marketing messages are charged at ₹0.85/message/customer

Payment once made is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • The client violates terms of use or WhatsApp policies

  • False business details are provided

  • Non-payment or misuse of the platform is detected

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, software, designs, and content related to STALLPRO are the intellectual property of AeternityChat. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce any part of the service without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

STALLPRO is provided “as is”. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and service quality, we are not liable for:

  • WhatsApp API outages or restrictions by Meta

  • Message delivery delays or failures

  • Lead losses due to user-side errors or misconfigurations

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, you agree to attempt resolution through direct contact first. If unresolved, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Idore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
